Nixon quaked under his gaze...

Doris had no such qualms.

'Would it be at all possible for you to
put together a little cheese selection for my wife
as she's not a great fan of dessert?'

'Certainly sir, no problem!'
Doris replied.

What a lovely man she thought as
she did a quick recce of all the mousetraps
in the house, in order to fulfill the man's request.

Cutting a swathe through the many and various celeb's
she found him, and proudly presented his wife's
cheese plate.

He couldn't have been more gracious if it had
been H.M. touching each of his shoulders with
a sword.

  1. Oh no, sad news to wake up to. But nice memory.

  2. Never could warm to the chap (no pun intended). Mousetrap cheese is a nasty way to go though - are they certain that's what caused it? Damnably inconvenient thing, dyin', damnably inconvenient.
